Two Dead In Roselle Murders That Locked Down Schools (Developing)

Two people were found dead in what authorities are calling a double homicide in a Roselle home Wednesday, April 19, a spokesperson for the Union County Prosecutor's Office confirmed.

A police investigation at the corner of West 7th Avenue and Pine Street placed schools on lockdown out of an abundance of caution.

According to abc7, a mother and daughter were found dead in the West 7th Avenue home, and a suspect was in custody. There was no threat to the general public.
